As it does every year, FMGC measures the overall gender pay gap over 12 months.

For 2023, FMGC has once again increased its index, with a score of 91 points out of 1009 points higher than in 2022, with the following indicators:

Pay gap 2.4% in favor of men, i.e 37/40 points ;

Difference in the rate of individual increases (excluding promotions) 1.1% in favor of women (blue-collar category), i.e 20/20 points

Difference in promotion rates (increase in level or hierarchical coefficient) : 1.2% in favor of women (blue-collar category), i.e 15/15 points

Employees who have received an increase in the year of their return from maternity leave (if AG or AI during their leave) not calculable - no maternity leave in 2023;

Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners : 2 women out of 10, i.e 5/10 points)

For a total of 77 points out of 85, i.e 91 points out of 100.

The actions taken in terms of recruitment, career development and salary policy, formalized in the agreement on professional equality between men and women, have helped to reduce the gaps and achieve this result.
