Focusing on Safety Mindset Development
As part of its partnership with Prevance, FMGC has launched this month a large safety program in order to develop and establish a safety mindset among all employees. 40 trained managers will observe and discuss with the operators the positive points and the dangerous situations during their daily work.
The objective of the program is to make everybody at the company aware of the possible risks and avoid them by following pre-defined safety regulations.
The final goal of the project is to minimize by 2 the number of all safety accidents happening at the foundry.
