Since March 1, 2020, all companies with more than 50 employees have been required to publish their Gender Equality Index. This index serves as a tool to assess the balance between women and men in the workplace and to help reduce wage disparities.
The index is calculated using four indicators:
- The gender pay gap
- Differences in the distribution of individual salary increases
- The percentage of women receiving a raise upon returning from maternity leave
- The representation of women among the company’s ten highest-paid employees
For the reporting period ending March 1, 2026, Setforge has released the results for its entities. Only one company within the Group, Setforge La Clayette, reports a calculable index, achieving a score of 89/100. The other entities are unable to produce a score due to an insufficient number of female employees.
Despite these limitations, Setforge remains fully committed to promoting and maintaining professional equality between women and men.
